 It is a new kind of power harmonic suppression facility connected in parallel and developed by modern power electric technology and digital signal processing technology based on high-speed DSP component.

Through real-time monitoring of load current, get analog current signal changed into digital signal by high-precision and high-performance A/D, deliver the digital signal to high-speed DSP for processing, separate harmonic from load current, form command signal and send out drive command to converter (compensation current generating circuit in the form of PWM signal, converter absorbs forward harmonic current and get absorbed energy charged into high voltage capacitor at DC side, then send out this part of energy together with waveform opposite to negative harmonic phase to offset negative harmonic.

 

 

Technical features

● Real-time tracking, dynamic compensation

Inspect harmonic current in real-time by adopting harmonic current inspection technology based on instantaneous reactive power theory; conduct tracking and monitoring by instantaneous current to realize harmonic current dynamic compensation, automatically track the changes of power grid harmonic. It has high controllability and quick responsiveness.

● Flexible compensation mode

One machine has multiple functions. It is not only able to treat harmonic, but also make compensation to reactive power to improve power factor; it is not only to make independent compensation to single harmonic source, but also make concentrated compensation to several harmonic source; when treating harmonic, it can conduct treatment to designated harmonic; it can be used as harmonic source.

● DSP intelligent monitoring

DSP high-speed inspection and calculation ensure precise and efficient harmonic inspection and compensation control; it has intelligent monitoring function, flexible operation, clear operation parameters and working states; automatic fault diagnosis; it has remote communication interface and can be monitored in real-time by PC.

● Advanced power conversion design

Adopt the latest IGBT high-frequency switches; topology of the main circuit is 3-phase bridge-type fully-controlled PWM converter, with characteristics of small volume, high efficiency and high reliability. Capacity expansion of the whole machine is realized by advanced multiple technologies.

● Standardized module design

Power circuit and control circuit adopt module structure. Standardized production has been realized, meanwhile, reliability and maintainability during operation have been improved.
